Build Leaders. Build Systems. Sustain Excellence

People perform at their best with the right leaders, systems, and opportunities. Elevating people means building confident leaders who create opportunity and bring out the best in their teams.

Identifying problems is easy. Real progress comes from taking responsibility, finding solutions, and empowering leaders to own the results.

A successful restaurant shouldn’t depend on one person. Simple, repeatable systems make excellence sustainable and give teams the tools to succeed independently.

Who I am

Hi, my name is Levi Ratliff, I’m a father first, and I intentionally structure my business around being present for my daughter. That means I don’t operate on the traditional consulting model of being available around the clock or charging by the hour. Instead, my pricing and service options are designed around focused, high-impact work that can be completed efficiently and delivered on a schedule that works for both of us.

This structure allows me to prioritize my family while giving you something that many traditional consultants don’t: direct access to experienced operational leadership without the overhead, long-term commitments, or inflated consulting fees.

You’re paying for the experience, strategy, and solutions and not for how many hours I sit at a desk.

My wife Carissa has been coaching Division 2 women's basketball for a few years as the head coach, and as a family we travel together to all of her away games and catch all the home games as well. And yes, she is taller than me and I can't beat her in basketball...I've tried.

A little more about me:

I've spent 18 years learning how to run tight restaurant operations. I didn't start as a consultant. I started on the line, worked my way to manager, then to operations leadership. I've managed multi-million-dollar locations, built and led teams, and most importantly, I've learned what separates profitable operations from chaos. The core principle I've learned is that systems are greater than heroes. Most restaurant operators think success comes from finding the right people. I learned it comes from building the right systems, then putting good people inside them. That's what I build for my clients at LNR Consulting Services.

Why I Started LNR Consulting Services

After years of leading operations inside large corporate systems, I noticed a pattern: single and multi-unit owners were facing the same operational problems that larger organizations had spent decades learning how to solve.

They weren’t necessarily losing money because of bad teams or bad markets. They were losing it through broken systems, inefficient labor, inconsistent processes, and operational blind spots.

The problem was that most small business owners don’t have access to the kind of operational expertise larger companies take for granted.

Traditional consulting firms can cost $5,000–$50,000+ per contract and are often built for larger companies. Business coaches tend to focus on general strategy and motivation. And many consultants understand the theory of operations without ever having been responsible for actually running a P&L.

That’s why I started LNR Consulting Services.

I work specifically with 1–3 unit owners who want to improve their operations.

I’ll help you identify where your business is losing money, from labor and scheduling to food costs, inventory, systems, and day-to-day execution.

My Background

  • Chick-fil-A Leadership (15+ years) I spent the majority of my career in Chick-fil-A operations, where I learned discipline, precision, and scalability.
  • General Manager of the 2nd fastest drive-thru in Colorado. This taught me that speed and accuracy come from systems, not heroics.
  • Grew a single location from $4.48M to $7.5M in annual revenue (67% growth) No new storefront. Same location. Same market. Better operations.
  • Managed an $8.5M+ location in Hollywood Scaled operations in a high-cost, high-pressure environment. During these roles, I led teams of 60+, managed P&Ls, optimized labor scheduling, negotiated supplier relationships, and built playbooks that worked year after year.
  • Started consulting small businesses in 2022 in multiple industries
    • Fuel operations
    • Medically tailored frozen meals delivered to your home
    • Grocery store operations
    • Restaurant grand openings
